2.2 Hive Membership

Premium "Hive" members receive access to exclusive printables and materials. Membership is non-transferable and limited to individual use. You may not share your login credentials or downloaded materials with others.

2.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit our printables
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks from materials
• Share digital files with others
• Upload materials to file-sharing sites or cloud storage for public access
• Use materials to create derivative products for sale
• Use materials in commercial daycare, tutoring centers, or educational franchises without a commercial license

3. Account Terms

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. HoneybeeLearnables cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.2 Account Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

Hive memberships are offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew until cancelled.

4.2 Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time, except as required by law.

All content on HoneybeeLearnables, including printables, graphics, text, and design elements, is the property of HoneybeeLearnables or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Service, you grant HoneybeeLearnables a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
